I submitted a vehicle claim on the 25th of august 2013 ever since then I have experience difficulties. I have no joy dealing with the claims handler tebogo seiso, I call and leave messages no response, I've email her and receive no responses. I got my vehicle back on the 2nd of October 2013 only to find that the back wheels /suspension was not adjusted correctly. I left email s but I have received no joy. I personally had to make arrangements with the panel beaters myself. I have call king price and have been on hold for the past hour, I requested to speak to a manager and the call was dropped in my ear. Is this how u treat your clients? Now that i have to take my car in again, who will cover the additional costs, how do i get to work? Driving my car now poses a danger to me and others around me!!!
