Taking matter to Ombudsman

I feel people should know what they're in for when dealing with King Price and how they make sure they never need to pay out claims.

King Price never reminded me that the vehicle had not been inspected, kept quite about it and knowingly allowed me to drive my vehicle with only third party insurance while I was under the reasonable impression that I had comprehensive cover and was paying for it. King Price knew the whole time that I was at risk and never told me and never intended on telling me. They might have done so for years and I would only have found out if I needed claim. They where protecting themselves and exploiting me knowing they would never have to pay out if I had to claim.

King Price charged me for comprehensive cover but only gave me thrid party cover between the 1st of June and 20th of August 2013. Under Section 54 part 1 of the Consumer Protection Act of 2011 it is reasonable that I should be reimbursed and only charged third party cover. King price refuses outright to reimburse me and do not feel this is acceptible.

The mattter is currently with the Ombudman.
