Claim on gate moto

So my gate motor packs up... so i call Nedbank and we are assisted and a company is sent out to attend to the 2 Motors. They are taken from my premises and the next day they back with new motors.. wow brilliant quick and efficient right? that's what i thought till i decided to drive out of my premises because now the setting on my gate has been changed to close automatically after its been opened with no delay so the gate closes on MY CAR, please note there are no sensors on my gate so why would you do that in the first place??? Then i notice the bracket for the motor is laying on the ground, job not complete? so then it couldn't get worse right.. well it did. i have so many remotes now and the house intercom was not connected oh and yes you did have a look at my geyser but left a whole lot of water on the floor without telling anyone so my parkade floors were soaked in water. So what is going to happen now Nedbank? who is going to pay for the damages? Since you caused the damages i will send you the bill for my car and flooring.
