I am writing to here, to express how rude the young lady i spoke to yesterday was. i don't know if all your consultants are trained to speak over people, yell, and shout. I'm so angry, spoken to this rude Amanda who had an attitude from. I asked to speak to her Team leader or Manager who happened both happened to be on lunch on the same time and there was no one in charge to speak to.
This witch then told me that she will ask her Team leader to call me back to me within 30 minutes. I'm still waiting for to get back to me. I understand your duty is to demand payments from us, i think you need to send your RUDE, INCOMPETENT staff to a CUSTOMER SERVICE training urgently.
