Trying your best not to pay claim!!

3 Weeks i'm struggling with a claim. i had a power spike at my home and put in a claim, for a freezer computer and a DVR for cctv. The next day may freezer and computer was picked up with a power supply. I waited a week and no response and struggled to get hold of the Moitobelo, i eventually got her email number were she only responded after i went home on a friday. The next week she said i must get quotes for the dvr and i had to take leave for the people to come and my dvr. They send a report through were A&G were not happy with the assessment, here i already said that A&G is trying not to pay my claim, i asked about my freezer and computer but were told i have to wait until the DVR is assessed again by the first company that came out. I had to take leave again for this and waited whole day, the technician told me he can feel the system is hot and he smells something burning, i told him to open it were he didn't do it, he said it is fine he knows it is damaged. i Waited again with no replies and 4 days later after i phoned i was told my claims is shot down. The reasons i was told is unacceptable and this company is working with you so that no claims will be paid.
