I received an automated annual policy increase, which I was unhappy with and contacted Mi Way call centre, to which the incident was referred to a manager "Seleena", who promised to get back to me with a solution. With most service related industries in South Africa however, one tends to become accustomed to no follow up even when it is promised! But Seleena called me back within 1 day, and even reduced my premium! Great Service! I would definitely recommend Mi Way!
