I called Miway today to cancel my insurance policy, I spoke to a Mr. Jerry Mphahlele who provided me with absolutely great service! He managed to get my premium reduced and added extra benefits that I had not received previously. He was extremely helpful and called me back in less than 5 minutes.
It's people like Mr. Mphahlele who make calling a call centre a little bit less daunting as good service has become such a rarity! MiWay has a real gem in this man and I hope that I get to deal with him whenever I call MiWay for assistance!
