I phoned in wanting to cancel my contract with 1 life direct, fortunately i was redirected to Lincoln Malgas and i must say... he managed to make me feel important therefore i wont allow any insurance company to make me feel anything less than important, Thank you Lincoln, I wont be canceling my contract any more.
