ShoX Solo delivered without 128MB SD card

Order nu: 67339177. Purchased ShoX Solo serial nu: 6009699032389 on 11.10.13 online EBucks via FNB Supersaver advertisement. Product arrived in good time, I did not open the packaging as it was wrapped immediately for my husband as birthday gift. On 23.10.13 he opened his present, just to find that the 128MBSD card as per product info on box. Reported to Ebucks via phone, 23.10.13 at 08h40 ref 1-56333925, no feedback received. Reported 25.10.13 at 11h35 ref1-56405606, no feedback received. Sent e-mail to [Email Removed] 28.10.13 at 15h14 included photos applicable, no feedback received. Reported again via phone 30.10.13 at 14h45 ref 1-56493381, they said email will be responded to only in 72hours, which also did not happen. Agents kept saying they are escalating matter, but not once when I called was there actually any movement on their side except "escalating" the matter who knows where. It was really embarrassing for me as my husband still don't have his gift, as Ebucks agents told me to take product to work as they will replace it and should have it with me for when they come. As per our reception, nobody from Ebucks called nor pitched to sort out this matter.
