please can you resolve this mess, i was requested by you guys to make a payment on my one card management service, the amount is 361.21 on the 31/10/2013 which I did, when i called in you then tell me that you have system problems that amount is wrong the correct amount is 440 which i feel is nonsense,
dont make your problems clients problems so I have settled you guys i need urgent confirmation that we are done,
