Wrongfull Debit

Today i had R1629 debited from my account without my authority, when i called FNB they told me it was for my credit card. I told the lady that i had settled my card in full with their attorneys Brooks and Luyt, i have an email confirmation and settlement letter. Now i cant seem to get a hold of the legal dept as the phone is always busy and you cant leave a message because the box is full.

Now i don't know what to do but i will seek legal advice because no one has been in contact with over the last 6 months. I've been with FNB 10 years and i am disgusted with this whole mess.
