VERY UPSET

I SETTLE MY ACCOUNT IN 2011 WITH FNB AFTER 3 YEARS I GET A CALL FROM -Brooks & Luyt Inc, THATS TELLING ME I STILL OWE R6000!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PHONE FNB'S FROM FRIDAY EVERY TIME THEY PUT BE THROUGH TO THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT AND I NEED TO HOLD ON FOR 20MIN IT GIVES ME AND OPTION TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME WHEN I PRESS THE OPTION TO LEAVE A MESSAGE THE PHONE GET CUT OFF, PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FROM LEGAL PHONE ME IF NOT I WILL TAKE THIS FUTHER I DO NOT OWE FNB ANYTHING AND CERTAINLLY NO ATTORNEYS
