Good Day
Please note that I am very dissapointed in FNB Service. I applied online for a FNB Smart Cheque Account. and my Documentation was not taken. I called yesterday and was promised my account will be activated within 24hrs. This has still not happened and I have Emailed my documentation through for activation. Can this be done or do I need to take my complaint higher up the ladder.
