I had a claim for my vehicle with First For Women. Had endless trouble with the claims department and was ready to cancel my insurance!! Christo Otto (who assessed my car) took over and got the desired results! I was blown away as it was not his area to do so. He most definitely went the extra mile and I wish there were more of him out there! Thank you!
