On 30/10/2013, a consultant came to see me. From the beginning I stated that I just want to find out more and take my time before signing up for ANYTHING! During the presentation the consultant asked "so when can we sign you up? " while filling in the forms. I stated (once again) that i would like to take my time, do my research and make a decision then! The consultant communicated through to me that they would have to do a credit check to see if i qualify and asked for my account details. I said i will provide it at a later stage, if I know that i would like to proceed with their service. He then asked for my credit card details to do the credit check and ensured me when the clock hits midnight (the same night 30/10/2010) the reserved payment on my credit card will be reimbursed in full. I once again communicated that they cannot take my SAVINGS, as I have not accepted their services yet. The consultant left after the presentation and left their software with me. I then saw the following day that I have not received my money! After contacted with the consultant, receptionist and accounts department, I'm still waiting for my reimbursement and them to collect their software!!!
