I were involved in an accident and I've got insurance not a major accident about R6000.00. The lady involved 84years old are covered by Outsurance and said it wont be a problem!!! That's what I thought aswell and sure as made a mistake!!! You guys know the procedure opened up a case got 3 quotes send it thru and still nothing happened!! Then 2 months after that I phoned them and said im still waiting for the assessor still the only feedback every time a sorry sir I will get back to you!! BULLL!!! I phoned again and said to the guy (Manager) Im going to fix my car and it wasn"t a problem! Paid an amount of R3000.00 for the guy to fix my car and he did a very good job!! He is off with me because of the outstanding money that needs to be paid by outsurance and im off with myself because I don't get my money and it's 6 Months later!!! Please help me tell me what to do??? I HATE OUT SURANCE!!!
