Liquid capital sent me confirmation that the service plan was stopped and will be reversed. However, again the money has been deducted from my account and I am demanding the money be paid back to me as this is their mess -up. No response received from Zinhle. I will no be involving the Ombudsman as per my original complaint because Liquid capital do not tell you the whole truth and this is costing you money and wasting your time.
