PROBLEMS CONTINUE

I reported an incident on Hellopeter a week ago. This was met with an insipid and ineffective response from FNB.

Since then FNB has failed to provide a solution. FNB's appointed conveyancers have evidently sorted out their issues related to this query, however FNB has themselves introduced further inexplicable delays, jeapordising this, and related, property transactions.

Numerous further queries addressed to FNB Private Clients has met with no response besides an accumulation of query reference numbers.

There is obvious inability or unwillingness on FNB Private Client's part to address the problem.

Attempts to reach someone senior at FNB Private Clients has been blocked by their call centre.
