Poor service from Brendon Moodley

Today at 06:00am at Protea glen shell garage Nedbank ATM I made a withdrawal of R3000 but after 3 minutes of waiting the machines says transaction cannot ne proceed.
But I received an sms on my phone saying R3000 was withdrawn, I panicked as its month end and there is a lot of ATM going around. I called 0860 555 111 I selected option 1 and option 1 again
I spoke to a lady which I didn't take her name. she asked me all the authentication questions and told me money was reversed back into my account.
I check the balance again but it was not showing, I called again around 06:40-06:45 am I spoke to Brendon Mooodley who didn't ask for my ID or any other form of identification.
I told him what happened and he said I must call account department at 07:30 or he can block my card, I started to get angry as he was not willing to assist me, I then asked him that
I called early and the lady I spoke to told me the money was sent back to my account but he's telling me I must after 07:30 and I called the same call centre number 0860 55 5 1111.
I asked to speak to the supervisor but he told me there was no supervisor or anyone higher than him, I asked him to put me back to the qu
