I am highly impressed with the level of professionalism displayed over the [ast month by Mr Kyle September.
We all dread insurance because we only get to test the service in the worst and most emotional time of a claim. With all the dissappointment excuses and claims agents being ill and certain managers having attitude around my predicament, Kyle stepped in and made sure all is resolved.
I hope this gentleman is retained and recognised within the company because if he leaves I fear what customers will experience. Thank you Telesure and Kyle Septmber, please make sure these high service levels are a culture within the entire orgainsation.
