No service and incompetent staff all round

I went into the branch today to have an electronic payment made to the City of Tshwane as my monthly electronic payment limit (internet banking) has been reached. The lady at enquiries incorrectly did a Transfer of funds to their account and also not a payment. The beneficiary reference that she was to take from my list of beneficiaries was also incorrectly placed on the transfer. When speaking to the branch manager (who did not even introduce himself) he promised that he would resolve the matter with the City of Tshwane today and revert back to me the same day as the amount in question was over R10 000. At the close of business I still had neither a phone call nor an e-mail updating me regarding the progress. When trying to phone the branch at 15h30 there was no answer (three times). What must one do to get proper customer service? How do they train their staff especially management? How long must I wait for THEIR mistake to be corrected? Must I drive to their branch everyday in order to speak to someone as they don't answer their phones? Should I maybe after 7 years of banking with them maybe just move my business account?
