Very bad customer service and service from ABSA

What a shocking experience.

ABSA bank decided that they feel it's appropriate to deduct a HUGE amount of money from my account without any notice or consulting with me first. There was no correspondence whatsoever regarding the deduction and they just proceed. They don't worry if you have money to pay your rent or even any other obligations. Unacceptable to say the least. I went into the bank to query about the amount that was deducted and Remaida was so rude and she's got an attitude! She didn't even take time to try and assist. I really feel that she's not trained to work with the clients or with their queries seeing that she doesn't even bother to be of any assistance.
I'm definitley going to proceed this matters with the Ombudsman!!!
