Take forever to get back to you!!

I have send threw all the Documents for My Late Husband to [Email Removed] so that his Absa Account can be closed, i still needed to send in the police report but getting hold of the Investigiating officer was impossible. I have informed [Email Removed] about this and have given him my new postal adress if he needed so send me Documentation. A while ago i received an email from my late Husbands Employee with a letter from Absa saying that the Account have been closed. I then emailed [Email Removed] to find out if the they still needed the report if they have closed the Account, but his email addresses kept returning. i have then forwarded this mail to Gugulethu Zulu for advise and she the askes Vanessa Crowe to look into it. Unfortunatley i have mailed Vanessa Crowe more than 5 times about this and i keep getting a mail back that she will look into it and come back to me with an Answer, but i still havent gotten any Answer from her back. this have been going on now from 6/11/2012!!! if i dont get an Answer soon i will simply accept that the report isnt nessecary any more and accept that the Account have been settled and Closed as the letter states.
