Waiting an hour to get through to FNB online

Waiting an hour to get through to FNB online banking

I am trying to urgently speak to a consultant regards to my FNB Card Payment.
I spoke to the number they send me on a sms.
Then I am redirected to call my branch and then I am redirected again to phone online banking.
I am holding on for more than an hour now and still I am not able to get hold of anyone.
