Trying to confirm a payment with the clear now opt

Hi
I logged into my online banking as normal and processed a couple of payments.
All was well except the one for 4000 which I selected that it should be cleared now.
After the payment, it said successful but still pending.
I called FNB to confirm what is happening with that Payment and got the to an agent by the name of Penny.
She said she can help and kept me on the phone confirming details etc... and then she comes back and says she cannot "HELP ME" i must wait 2 hours and then call back due to system limitations.

Due to her bad attitude: I quote. please may I speak with your supervisor she says "eyo". in African language it expresses how a person is displeased with your request.

I asked to speak to the supervisor and I am still holding call has been on for 46 minutes now. without any resolution.
