I would really like to compliment Outsrurance and the assessor that helped me with my claim. My husband and I was involved in a car accident on 27 September 2013. I have to mention that our first instalment for the insurance went off on 25 September 2013. So It was the same month the accident occured. We have not even taken the car for inspection yet as it was our plan to do it on the 28th of September. I was concerned about the cover then. With the very professional help from Portia and Francois everything was sorted out. The car was unfortuanitely a write off. Being that as it may and the fact that we only paid one months premium the money of the car was paid to us on 15 October 2013. I would really like to thank Outsurance in particular Portia and Francois from Sias who helped us and made a sad journey less painful. If it werent for you guys I really dont know what would have happended. Thank you for EXCELLENT service Outsurance. If I hear your advertisement on the radio, I can relate to your good service you advertise. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us.
