Do Not Want To Accept What I Can Afford

I Mrs N Staebler have called Standard Bank card division trying to make a payment arrangement explaining I am unemployed, instead I get a very unproffessional rude consultant telling me it is not enough and that I will be handed over!!! I mean seriously what part of unemployed do you not understand? at least I am making arrangements to pay. Standard Bank is unproffessional and disgusting! Unacceptable!
