We were robbed at gunpoint by 3 armed robbers on the 26th of October 2013. They forced my husband into the house after meeting him in the driveway on his return from work at about 19h30. Once they had taken what they wanted (firearms-got none, took all my jewellery every piece, cell phones, laptop, camera, jackets etc.) they left with my husbands car which was smashed into the pole twice in the process. We then had to submit a claim to first for women.
Thabou Ugerer was the consultant assigned to the house side and we had him come to
our house to make a detailed list of goods. On completing the forms we had to get feedback
from him on the progress and of course the approval of our claim. He really explained very clearly what the procedure would be, kept us up to date on the progress and must admit did so very efficiently. I really would want to work with him again, should I ever have the need to do so! The claim was processed and we were paid out (not on all items) and didn't have a long drawn out hassle, and we know that this is the order of the day as far as most services are concerned.
