ON 22 Jan 13 I put a claim for my newly acquired vehicle (Hyundai 130) following the accident, the two left doors have subsequently been damaged and need to be repaired. I emailed my query through and was attended to by Alendre who was very helpful
However I now find myselfin a situation where First for Women is neither getting back to me nor providing me with the update as far as my claimis concerned I have made numerous telephonic attempts to enquire about the stauts of my claim. All of my attempts have proven fruitless. I am deeply disappointed and sadden by the treatemnt that i have recieved from First For Women as apaying client, particularly and has always made timeouuus payemnts towards my insurance policy.
