I was quoted a much lesser rate for household insurance by another broker and when I heard that the insurance is with Auto & General, I advised that I am already with Auto & General but paying much more than I was quoted by the broker and do not have the "young at heart" service on my policy. I contacted Auto & General directly and Sarah was able to give me a better rate than what I am currently paying plus I now do not have to pay any excess on claims because of the "young at heart" service on my policy. Saving every little cent means a lot to my family and I and I am very grateful to Sarah for her assistance and kindness.
