In February 2008 I put my self under administrators (Alsan-Y Financial advisors) I went to court and got a court order to say that they will be handling my accounts till I pay every one in full. All my accounts came to a total of R15 750.82 including their fees it came toR22 052.60. I was told that the total amount I must pay Capitec bank was R2487.55 but when I called Capitec to confirm they advised me that my balance was only R333.03 and R364.70 total of R697.73. I called the administrators and advised them of same, they then advised that the total amount will be reduced. I paid R850.00 per month from March 2008, this went on till I advised that company I work for to stop paying the R850.00 as I had already paid R30 900.00 which is more than what I was to pay. I called Alsan -Y every week in 2012 since February and spoke to the following people LIZEY, HLALENG, ANN, BUSI, DINA, they all advised me that they can see that I have paid up the I paid more but I will only get my refund when they get letters from the creditors to say they have been paid up. Amazingly lately I have been getting calls from African back saying I have never paid them and they have never received payment from
