I Still can not believe that it is easy to go to the court of law and pretend to be someone else. I called AiSan Y Financial advisers to see how can they help me. I was asked to forward my Id copy and my payslip. I made it clear to them that does not mean we have an agreement. Felicity was the contact person. I then called to hear how they can help then I will decide if I will continue with them or not. I could not get hold of anyone. To my surprise African Bank stopped the debit order. I called to find out as my account was now in arrears. I was told that they were instructed by AiSan Y. Could not understand as I do not have any agreement with AiSan Y. They then sent me a copy apparently signed by me at Alberton Court. This is costing me more than they know as I am driving up and down (police station and PalmRidge court) plus the arrears accumulated because the bank refused to accept any form of payment up until the administration order is reversed by AiSan Y. At palmRidge court they showed me documents apparently signed by me in the court of law on the 25 Nov 2011. Do not know much about law but I think this is.
