I received notification in the post that Absa Vehicle Finance would be deducting an additional R191.72 along with my monthly car installments to cover my insurance on the vehicle. I had provided them insurance cover on the day I purchased the car. I also emailed them my insurance cover on 22-02-2013 to [Email Removed] informing them that I have cover and would NOT like to take the additional insurance. They have ignored these communications and have started deducting the extra amount each month. I would like this resolved and refunded with immediate effect as they saw fit to deduct it from my banking account without my permission.
