Incorrectly debited for Insurance

You incorrectly debited me for "Insurance on my vehicle" that I have had financed through you for 3 years now. You assumed I didn't have Insurance, when I gave proof of Insurance when I purchased the vehicle. I sent through my first email to AIPservices on the 6th of May. 11 days and counting and still NO refund or communication from Absa whatsoever! "Absalutely" Shocking!!!
