I went to Pep on Friday and was called by a consultant. I provided my information and by Monday still no payment. I called the Call Center to find out how far the process is and was informed I cannot be assisted as somebody else is working on it. Seriously? You're ads are actually very misleading by saying get a loan in 15min. Of course that's not true but I'm waiting now for almost 72hours, excluding Sunday. I thought Absa takes long but even they are faster than Capfin.
