Cannot get my excess funder refund
I submitted documents for my excess funder claim for my excess on Friday 30 August 2013 to the relevant email address. After having no response I called on Friday 6 September and was told by the operator that the amount had been authorised to pay out to me on Monday 9 September. On Wednesday 11 September, with still no money reflecting in my account I called back. This time the operator told me that nothing had been authorised to be paid to me and she told me that she would personally walk to the department that pays out these claims and have it paid out to me on that day and that it would take 2-3 working days to reflect in my account. On Monday 16 September, with still no money reflecting I called again, this time the operator told me that there was no payment authorised for me and that nobody from the relevant department was answering their phones so she could not help me further. She said she would follow-up and I asked her to call me back on the same day to tell me the payment had gone ahead. I received no call back from her and now, on Thursday 19 September I still have no money reflecting in my account. Can somebody at Discovery please sort this problem out immediately.
