I'm appalled at the level of service at Clientel legal, as a matter of fact, there is no service. I'm currently stuck with a situation that needed their help, and all they needed to do was to make a few phone calls on my behalf as my legal representatives and give me sufficient feedback regarding my case. I have been sitting now for almost 2 weeks with absolutely no feedback despite the reminders. Maybe for someone else, what they are offering might be enough, but for me personally, I'm so not Impressed. As a matter of fact, I request cancellation of my policy effective immediately. There is absolutely nothing superior about the services you offer. As far as I am concerned, I'm paying clientel for nothing. Sorry but I don't feel I'm getting my money's worth. I'm in a legal mess, and they cant even give me a mere phone call. So disappointed.
