Disrespecting Clients

This morning I went to fnb trade route mall to close my account with them, after sitting in the queue for almost an hour, I was than told that by the personal banker that they only accept the green bar coded i.d books to close accounts and not drivers license.

at this point I was not impressed with him j and asked for the manager, he said the manager was not available. this is not the first time at trade route mall fnb when I asked to see the manager they where not there, I question why they even have one if they are continuously not available.

after this I left the bank only to have the personal banker laughing at me as he felt my issues it seems where funny.

when I reached home I called the branch to speak to the manager, who again was not there, I have now made an appointment to go in and see a lady call Sylvia who is in charge when the manager is not there, this the personal banker did not tell me either that she is in charge, when the manager is not there...
