To whom it may concern
I'm really disappointed in the service, I lost my phone and I am currently on leave and this was discuss with you, I made a arrangement to pay 1500 and yet once again the full amount was deducted. I have a new born and I can't keep doing this, it is really stressing me. I need the money and now I am going to have to wait again I told the agent last month that I will only be going back in November but I have requested extended leave as I am not well
