Terrible service from an entire department

My account needed to be reset. I have been dealing with 4 different people who all promised to assist me and who said that they would call me back. Never happened. I have had to call back each time. The matter was referred to a different team leader each time but nothing. I have received no service from that department. Clearly they don't want or need my business... this is the second time I'm using them I already paid up my loan from before... but they don't want a customer who pays up? Very dissatisfied.
