Let me say this right the 1st time for all the people who dont understand YOU DIRECT AXIS TOLD ME TO CHAT TO THE BEREAU AND CHECK MY PROFILE-----
I called yesterday to get a Loan becasue YOU kept sending me letters saying that i qualify for R48 250.00... Upon my requeste for the Loan i was told it is declined due to MY CREDIT PROFILE-----
I took it upon my self to get the info from the bereau --- EVERYTHING IS FINE ON MY RECORDS ---
I then contat the call centre again to confirm what they picking up and to me surprise all the consultants and the Team Leader does not know what is going on --- This Team Leader Aqueefa was very rude and still i dont have feedback what type of Insitution are you running ----
I would like to get an answer as to why i was sent this correspondence and why i am being declined???
Oh i want this call retrieved and listened to... and i want you to call me and advise who is doing who a favour here?
