HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU

I opened my business account with FNB in 2009, conducting the account flawlessly.
You are unable to get hold of the necessary staff to assist at branch level so I contacted the call centre, and was advised that all was good and it would take credit 2 to 3 days to finalize facility. Pride Ndlovu requested documentation which I sent through. It is impossible to get hold of Pride on her number but eventually I received mail stating that the facility will not be considered due to low turnover and not having a consistent turnover!!! I receive income monthly since inception of my business in 2004. The average turnover is R170 000 per month (some months are less others are more). How is this not consistent??? I requested R50 000 overdraft and worst case my turnover in a month is at least double the requested amount - how is this due to low turnover???
I requested that this matter be considered properly with a person that I can speak to but still waiting. I even managed to contact my branch contact Betty Dlomo but Im still waiting. How can a bank come back to you with such lame excuses! Feel like its time to go to banks that want to assist small business!!!
