Good Morning
My name is Nazeerah Khan. I took up a home LOAN through you guys and have not recieved any joy. The seller has sent the AOD acknowledgement of debt which was send on Friday dated the 18th October 2013. I contacted the call center on the 21 October to ask Phumzile if she had received it and if all is order, I got no reply. I called again on Wed 23 October which I had to escalate so that Phumzile can call me. When she calls me she informed me she cannot open up the attachement etc, eventually after educating her on her request she informed me "Oh yes I found the email". She then informs me that the last time the bank eveluated the house was in 2011! What nonsense I mean I was granted the Bond on the 18 June 2013 and the evealution was done. She informed me after a while "that someone in standard bank did not update the system' This is internal, how does that have to effect me. I need feedback asap as this is now going to be the 6 months and I don't know what is going on. This is not on I want someone to explain to me what is going on.
