After a disaster of talking to a lady by the name of Seipati on Friday who didnt keep her promises, all I can sence was the attitude in her voice that changed after I asked her to spell her managers name for me, she still didnt do what she was supposed to do, after spending 20 minutes on the call, This morning I was so angry, I send her manager an email, so quickly Deorah, what a decesnt manager, someone who knows what it entails to be a team manager, got Desire to call me and reverse teh debits, what a way to do things, this was exceptional, by why Seipati failed, we are costumers, please treat us with respect, i am overwhelmed by Desire and Deorah, that was beautiful, keep the good work up and get others to copy what customer service is, thank you so much
