I applied via sms for a loan and was contacted 3 weeks ago by the Mzansi money call centre agent. When he explained their terms and conditions I realised that there's a fee of R390 payable for their service and immediately told him to cancel my loan application as I will not be paying any fees!! To my surprise, R390 was debited from my account this morning! I did not use any of Mzansi money's services, nor do I even intend to, so I DEMAND MY FULL R390, BACK into my account, right this moment! I have other serious sommitments t take care of, and I would NOT waste such an amount of money! So please, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
