Phindile helped me with my card on the 25th of September, she went an extra mile by calling the Head Office to make sure that I was not charge for the new card because I had not used the card before. The problem was with the chip. Her service was excellent, she did not get tired and never ceased to share a comforting smile as I was frustrated after being treated so bad by the manager of Greenstone Capitec branch. Please make sure she gets a fat bonus for Christmas. Thumbs up to Phindile
