On the 2/10/2013 I have made an ATM deposit of R2500.00at FNB brixton, which then on the ATM receipt showed that only R2100.00 reflected, the ATM gave me back R100.00 so R300.00 went missing. I reported the incident on the same day, a staff member Lucy took down all my details and she was going to get back to me. Ever since I haven't received any response since I called this morning. I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Bafana, he then advised the record shows that only that R2100.00 was deposited and the was nothing else found, so what he was telling me in short is that there is nothing they can do cause there was no extra money picked up on the system as such. he then refered me to take the matter futher with head office. I am really not happy with the fact that I have to do the follow up and no one knows where the money went to, and having me doing the follow up tells me that there is something completely wrong/fishy.
