I took up a funeral cover for my daughter on the 01/10/2012 she past on last week 11/10/2013 speaking to the Kga above names my claim was rejected because of pre existing condition. i was never ask to go for medical test in taking the cover . the doctors did not tell us what was wrong with her since its her right to disclose or not even the law of South Africa acknowledges the right of the patient. I called to speak to Yvonne who asked me if the rest of us are not sick i feel humiliated and insulted that if one person is sick the rest is classified under that category. I was told of six monthsprobantion wich have past when she met her death now i did not receive any payment nor my premiums back i am not getting any joy from the above people as they do not want to speak to me. I am told they will call back till today what a bad service when you depend on a funeral cover and it does not pay out now i owe people money..i need help to get my benefits from above.
