Ive lodged 2 queries already and now I'm told i wont get my money. R750.00 is a lot of money, it might be nothing to FNB but to me it is. I was told by the branch manger that the consultant is a single mother and she cant loose her job. What does that have to do with the fact that I want my money? She gave me incorrect information and now Im suffering the consequences.. I was advised that the account I opened worked the same way as a 32 day account. Really this is not how to treat people.
