ABSA Blacklists Home Loan Customer (Sale at a loss

After struggling for many years to sell my house due to the property market taking a downturn, I finally managed to sell my house, but at a loss. No Problem for ABSA, the capital was paid into the account and the deficit was immediately identified as "BAD DEBT" and promptly listed me on the credit bereau (TRANSUNION records still reflect). In the mean time, I was in process with their lawyers engageing in an agreement to pay the deficit, which I promptly did and have not missed a single payment by that agreement. I have been blacklisted with TRANSUNION since 16 November 2011 until now 25 Oct 2013, two years wrongfully blacklisted. They now acknowledge it was wrongfully done but refuse to state it in their letter to TRANSUNION. They simply ask them to change the status. knows what the status is to be changed to. They feel very proud that they can achieve this within 3 working days (SLA with blacklisting companies). I feel they should at least rectify the mistake immediately even if they send their precious manager accross by his own car to do the rectification. Imagine wait another three days and we will not acknowledge thet we made a mistake???
